Virtual organizing is a great way to work with a professional organizer through the magic of digital technology (Zoom, Facetime, Skype etc.). You get organizing advice and support from an expert on your schedule and for less money.

You live outside the reach of our in-person services - location doesn’t matter virtually!
Are physically able to do moving and lifting

We recommend breaking projects down into small steps and small spaces, this allows you to finish things and see progress and that is so important!

What Does Virtual Organizing Include?
A Free Initial Consultation to determine if virtual is right for you. You tell me about what you need help with, walk me through your space virtually, ask me any questions, and we make sure we’re a good fit.
Then, we book a Zoom or phone session and decide on what we’ll be organizing during that time.
A video and email explaining what you need to have ready (if anything) to prepare for the virtual organizing session.
1 Hour Facetime or Zoom consultation to teach and apply the 5 Principles of Organizing, and work together to create a plan, plot your approach, and get you started. I coach you through decisions like what to get rid of, where things should go, and otherwise provide you with organizing tips and my professional advice.
Follow Up email which includes: Reminders of lessons learned during our session, a Summary of what was accomplished, Shopping List with products and resources customized for you, and a Specific To Do list with detailed step by step instructions on what to do next.
A List of Recommended Resources tailored to your organizing journey.
Option of a Shared Digital To Do List - Providing extra accountability.
Support in between sessions. You can contact me by text, email, or phone for additional support, project planning, or research.
Two Zoom Accountability Checks (30 min each) revisit your progress and achievement, and, if necessary, troubleshoot any challenges you ran into along the way.
Recorded sessions so you can refer back to them if needed.

Get Started: $125
Sometimes, you just don’t know how or where to start, and just need someone to teach you general organizing principles and get you started. In a one-hour video session.
We’ll go over 5 Organizing Principles that you can use to organize anything anywhere, talk about your goals and spaces, make a plan, and start work decluttering and organizing the given space.
You will receive a detailed Follow Up email with step by step instructions for you to move forward with your project.
Two (30 minute) accountability checks at intervals that work best for your schedule, but keep you moving toward your goal.
Motivate Me: $75
Need to just talk through a particular challenge, get some perspective and motivation? Just need to get unstuck? Schedule a one hour call with Jennifer to get you on your way
A one-hour video consulting session, with one-hour “Action Hour” following the session.
